The Forum shopping centre in Gliwice has been awarded BREEAM In-Use certification at the ‘Very Good’ level. Forum Gliwice, which is situated on ul. Lipowa, was opened in June 2007 and is owned by the Deka Immobilien fund. The centre is managed by Avestus Real Estate.

In autumn, member states must present their National Energy Efficiency Plans, which will indicate how they intend to fulfil the directive’s target of achieving 20 percent energy savings by 2020.
